Dan has done a lot of research on Gosport pubs through time. Gosport certainly had a lot of them! Dan’s presentation will include maps showing the whereabouts of both current and long forgotten pubs, along with old and recent pictures, plus information and stories about them.
And, all of this within the charming setting of the Alverbank Hotel, which is in itself a historic house and just happens to have a well-stocked bar should you wish to purchase something to whet your whistle…
