Guided Tour
174 Rowner Lane, Gosport, Hampshire, PO13 9SU
The Norman church is the oldest building left standing in Gosport and has been extended in the Early English style with Victorian addition after restoration. There are some fine monuments in the church, including a rare limestone Sepulchre alter tomb to John Brune dated 1559. The church was extended in the 1960’s and the 1990’s extension was consecrated after a fire in 1990. Come and see this rare building and hear about the local history based on the oldest community in Gosport.
