Lively entertainment from Alex Wilson and friends, accompanied by a delicious cream tea.
Alex Wilson and friends will perform lively instrumental renditions of well known jazz, musical theatre and popular pieces with a diverse range of instruments in the ideal setting of Holy Trinity Church.
He is an 18 year old musician, who hopes to take up the post of organ scholar studying music at Oxford University. Besides being a current organ scholar of Holy Trinity Church, Alex is also a keen saxophone, piano and clarinet player in both classical, jazz and popular settings and can regularly be seen performing with local band Big Brother Soul around Gosport.
Alex will be joined by Thomas Thorpe, Tom plays piano and horn, enjoying classical music in the county brass band and jazz at college and his own band, Fazzzy Junk. He’s hoping to go to Surrey university next year to study music and sound recording.
