A low-tide exploration of the history of Forton Lake.
Join the CITiZAN team for a guided walk amongst the collection of abandoned boats in Forton Lake. The collection includes over 30 vessels of various shapes and sizes built roughly between the 1800s and 1960s.
Hear some of the unique stories that illustrate the wide-reaching influence and significance of our maritime heritage in both Portsmouth Harbour and beyond.

This is a low-tide walk along the foreshore – suitable flat footwear is ESSENTIAL. Surface not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. Parking is on-road only and spaces are sparse.
