Learn about the role of clandestine commandos from Combined Operations Pilotage Parties (COPP) in this exhibition with talks.
Hayling COPP Heroes Memorial trustee, Andrew Griffin, brings an informative display of photos and details relating to Operations Gambit and Overlord which paved the way for D-Day.
Brigadier Robbie Scott-Bowden will give talks at 1200, 1400, and 1600 to explore more about the history of Combined Operations Pilotage Parties who trained in Gosport and Hayling Island during WWII.
When booking please indicate the time of the talk you wish to attend. There will be time to explore the exhibition on either side of the talk.

This venue is fully accessible. Blue Badge parking on-road on either side of venue. Other parking, including accessible, available close by in South Street car park, or adjacent at Morrisons Supermarket for customers.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the Talk starts to get comfortably seated. Please check out other HODs events running and view the Museum and Gallery displays whilst you are there. The Café serves locally sourced snacks and drinks, and the shop stocks products from local creative makers.
