John was the Chair of the Provincial Society since its inception in 2003, and was the driving force behind many great projects over the years.
For Heritage Open Days he arranged for static displays of lovingly preserved Provincial buses at heritage venues, and also free rides on one of these wonderful old public transport vehicles, so pleasing children and adults alike.
We would like to offer our sincere condolences to John’s family, and express that all involved in Gosport HODs will miss him.
