Enjoy a guided tour around one of the Palmerston Forts, built to defend Portsmouth from a possible French invasion.
Visit the Tunnels, Caponiers, haunted Keep and Fort Museum within the grounds of the Royal Navy training establishment HMS Sultan.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of tour.
Family-friendly but children must be fully supervised. Event is not suitable for children under the age of five.
This tour is held in conjunction with two other events at HMS SULTAN. Visitors should book each tour they wish to join at separate times in the day.

The tour is in an unused area and is over uneven ground in places, making some areas unsuitable for wheelchairs. Suitable footwear is advised. You are welcome to bring a fold-up stool or chair if you need rest points along the route.

This is a military site so security requirements will be in force. Bags & cars may be searched. Photo ID is required on arrival. Parking is available on-site. Please provide your car registration number when booking. Please give details for ALL people on your booking. Booked places are non-transferable.
