The museum tells the story of the history of St Vincent and also a year in the life of a ‘Boy’ sailor whilst under training. Tours of the establishment take in the historical points with views of the remaining building plus some ‘sea stories’ of what went on there.

The museum also has a small shop and memorabilia is available to buy.
- Thursday 7 September: Open 1200-1600; Tours 1400 & 1500
- Friday 8 September: Open 1200-1600; Tours 1400 & 1500
- Saturday 9 September: Open 1000-1600; Tours 1030, 1330 & 1430
- Sunday 10 September: Open 1000-1600; Tours 1100, 1300 &1400
