The Proprietor of The Anglesey Hotel in Alverstoke will give a Talk and Tour of this magnificent period built hotel which was used by Queen Victoria. The Anglesey Hotel is an integral part of ‘the Crescent’, a Georgian sea side development commissioned by Robert Cruikshank in 1830, and is a fine example of monumental seaside architecture. It is immediately opposite the award winning Crescent Gardens.
